After 172 Grand Jury members worked around the clock for 10 days, on Monday, June 29, 2009, the Grand Jury handed down Super American Grand Jury presentments to the following government entities and individuals, charging Barack Hussein Obama with fraud and treason for being ineligible to be president:

All of the above members of Congress can be subject to future Citizen’s Grand Jury charges because they knowingly participated in certifying the fraudulent and treasonous electoral votes on January 8, 2009.
This action is entirely in accordance with citizens' rights enshrined in the Constitution, and it is intended to clarify to all that the Constitution is the inviolable, sacrosanct, and supreme law of the land, from which every federal office-holder, including the president, derives authority and legitimacy.

Either people didn't do their homework well, or are just wasting time. Serving Ron Paul for what? He is a champion of the constitution - and has voted against all the crap forever.

Soetor/Obama's eligibility was legally questioned well- before his nomination and the November election, so all of Congress was on notice when they voted on January 8th.
What about the CIA? They have constructed too many missions geared towards taking out any 'threats' to their private sector in any means.
Only four people (in two groups) were available to make the rounds, otherwise I'm sure more people would have received presentments.

Let's get this straight; because Obama's father was a British subject, Obama jr is also...even though he was born in Hawaii? That idea is fu_king ridiculous. We in the United States don't adhere to the laws of Britain; we handled that over 200 years ago. Get over it; the creation of the DHS as a fourth branch of government is absolutely unconstitutional. How funny, all my life I've been reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, and now, although my mother was born in Germany, I'm not technically a 'Natural Born Citizen?'
I am a British subject and citizen of the USA. They are not mutually exclusive conditions. My father is British, my mother is American and was born in the UK. The US constitution is written from the perspective of inclusivity rather than exclusivity, i.e. it doesn't list the countries that you must not be a citizen of, only that you must be a citizen of the US and that you must have been born there in order to be President. Also, having been born in Kenya or to Kenyan parents does not and did not automatically make you a British subject. It gives you grounds to make a claim to the Home Office to apply. On this basis I don't think your case is valid.
That's correct. If your mother was born in Germany and was a German citizen when you were born, then you cannot be a natural-born citizen of the US. You can be a US citizen.
This is not my case. It is the law. The founders wanted to make sure that the president did not have divided loyalties.
Just an aside to Anonymous: the Germans regard you as German if you can prove you're descended form a German family (even generations ago) by a Blood Document. You can vote in the German elections this autumn!

The people who did this are aware that Obama did, in fact, provide a copy of his birth certificate. Googling it will get you a scan. Further claims that this copy may be forged are indicative of deep paranoia. Yours, after all, could be forged, too. Perhaps all of you who believe him to be a foreigner should question your own origins as well.

Some people don't understand the definition of the term "natural born" Simply put, natural born means innate at birth. This was the meaning of the term under British law when we were colonies and it is the meaning of the term in the U.S. Constitution. It is still the meaning of the term today. (i.e. a "natural born athlete")
If you are born a citizen, then you are a natural born citizen.

The U.S. Constitution is based on British Common law. Under those laws (in effect until the Constitution was ratified), ANYONE who was born Jus Soli (i.e. on British (and later American) soil, was automatically a natural born citizen, regardless of the citizenship status of the parent.
The term "natural born" means inate at birth. The framers of the U.S. Constituion DID NOT redefine this term from its traditional meaning.
If you were born in this country, regardless of your parents status, you are a natural born citizen.

There are fewer natural-born US citizens than US citizens. Only the natural-born US citizens are eligible to be president of the United States.
The People's Revolutionary Kangaroo Courts of Cambodia are outside my jurisdiction, but in the United States the grand jurors are all citizens who decide all by themselves whether a case should be prosecuted by the government.
When a grand jury says a case should be prosecuted, then the government must prosecute.
The grand jury is not the court. Grand jurors do not decide guilt or innocence.
While I fully support the sentiment, I'm not sure about the tool/approach.
Any radical citizen/lawyer would then "duly constitute and empanel" a Grand Jury comprised of whatever rabble they choose, and come up with the desired agitated "criminal presentment" against anyone - No matter how frivolous the charges may be.

The American Grand Jury is not "wishing for" anything we don't already have. There is nothing being invented here.
A grand jury is not composed of rabble. At the moment, most of them are poorly educated by the state.
Scarce resources have to be expended to prosecute and try a case.
The law does not permit prosecution for thought crimes.
A petit jury decides guilt or innocence.
Reading the law does not make one an elitist.
There are two classifications of citizens. One of them has stricter requirements than the other, defined by law in such a way as to reduce the likelihood of divided loyalties.
This is not Mark Yannone's Citizenship Classification System. This is the law that you rarely encounter.

Sorry, Mark but you are wrong on this. There is no law redefining the term "Natural born" to mean what you say it means. The term still retains it's original legal meaning, established 400 years ago under English Common law.
"Natural Born" means innate at birth, a birth right, from birth.
If you are born on U.S. soil, then you are a natural born citizen.
This means that even Bobby Jindahl is a natural born citizen.
This means that the baby girl born under the freeway overpass on the outskirts of San Antonio to an illegal alien is a natural born citizen and can be POTUS when she grows up.
You are not entitled to make up your own definitions for legal terms.
If your parents or grandparents were born in Ireland, they are Irish citizens. Thus, your parents could have come over here and then become naturalized American citizens before you were born. You are still an Irish citizen by Irish law.
